drop in sessions for msc graduates

Drop-in meeting open to anyone who has taken an Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) class taught by Denette. Class meets from 1-2:00 p.m. on the last Sunday of every month at Walnut Hill United Methodist Church. Cost is $20 per meeting. No RSVP needed.

 

Second Monday of the Month

PRACTICE GROUP FOR MSC GRADUATES 

MSC Graduates can request to join this private group. Group meets on the 2nd Monday of the month from 6-7:30 pm at our offices 12810 Hillcrest Road, #B225, Dallas, 75230. The cost is $75 per session. RSVP here if you're planning on attending.

Documentary Screening : CAREgivers

Complimentary screening of a film that explores what the public rarely sees; professional caregivers and how they process stress and develop good coping mechanisms.  7 pm at the Studio Movie Grill located at NE corner of Royal/Central Expy. 

We celebrate all caregivers and give thanks for what they do on a daily basis.

Upcoming 8-week workshop, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) for adults meets on Thursdays from September 21st thru Nov. 2nd from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. Workshop is now open for registration. More information and RSVP.


Awareness of the breath is one of the foundational exercises for learning mindfulness meditation. It’s a popular starting point because the breath is something you can always access, and the act of breathing also serves to regulate your physiological state.
