Making Friends with Yourself  

Provides teens and young adults (12-24) the daily tools to: 

  • Understand the benefits of mindfulness and self-compassion
  • Mindfulness teaches us to be present with difficult emotions and self-compassion helps us to respond to these emotions with greater kindness and self-care. 
  • Through developmentally appropriate activities and meditations, navigate the ups and downs of this life stage with greater ease and confidence. 
  • Learn how to meet daily struggles with kindness and compassion.  

8-week course for ages 12 thru 24 yrs. 
Each session is on a Monday
April 10 thru May 29th
6:00 pm to 7:45 pm
